Terms and conditions

  1. Entry to this ‘WIN a Globe Bike’ competition is only by email subscription via THESTOREROOMS.com website.
  2. This competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom
  3. No purchase necessary for entry into the free prize draw.
  4. The competition runs between Monday 24th May 2010 and the closing date for entries is 12 noon, Friday 27th August 2010.
  5. One winner will be chosen at random within 28 days of the competition closing and notified by email.
  6. The bike to be won is the bike that appears in-store at The Store Rooms, 43 Pitfield Street, London N1 6DA
  7. The winner will receive a Globe ‘Roll’ bike in Green.
  8. There is no cash alternative available.
  9. To claim your prize, the winner must respond within 28 days of being notified of their win. In the case where the winner does not respond, The Store Rooms reserve the right to re-award the prize.
  10. The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from The Store Rooms within 28 days of claiming. If after this period, the winner has not collected the prize, The Store Rooms reserve the right to re-award the prize.
  11. The Store Rooms, Globe Bikes UK and Specialized UK are not responsible for securing insurance for the bike, or for any accident that may occur once the bike has left the premises of The Store Rooms.
  12. At any point YOU (The Entrant) can remove itself from the competition by either un-subscribing from the newsletter or email info@thestorerooms.com
  13. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  14. The bike shown in promotional materials is ‘Roll’ in white/ blue. The bike to be won is ‘Roll’ in Green. The Promoter shall bear no responsibility for errors or omissions in the description of the Competition prize.
  15. By entering the Competition YOU (the Entrant) agrees that the Promoter has the right, at no cost to the Promoter, to use the Entrant's details (Email / Name ) relating to the prize for prize fulfilment, advertising, publicity and marketing purposes for the future.
  16. The Entrant must not: 

        (a) sell or offer the prize (or any part of a prize) for sale, or use the prize (or any part of a Competition prize) in connection with any further competition, contest, sweepstake or promotion; or 
        (b) make any public statements or release any other information relating to the Competition prize to the media without the Promoter's prior written approval.

The winner will be notified by email after the prize draw has taken place. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes at any time in its sole discretion. The winner will need to make his own arrangement to collect the prize and insurance. The promoter will not be responsible for any incident involving the prize outside it’s premises.
